Sale and Leaseback
This allows companies that have previously purchased their own
vehicles to free up capital and relieve the burden of running
their own fleet.
Under this option we would purchase the vehicles on your
fleet from you and then contract hire them back to you for
an agreed monthly rate. As and when the existing vehicles
reach the end of their replacement cycle new vehicles are
supplied on contract hire

This would provide your company

• Fixed monthly rentals allowing for easier budgeting
• Transfer a lot of the administrative burden to us
• Payment of all routine maintenance and servicing bills
and therefore no maintenance risk (where a maintenance package
is included)

• An off-balance sheet product therefore enhancing your
gearing ratio
